Two resources people often overlook

Your insurance's behavioral health line

Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask for in-network mental health or behavioral health providers in your area. They can often send you a list directly.

Your employer's EAP

Many employers offer an Employee Assistance Program with several free, confidential therapy sessions as part of your benefits—often unused. Check your HR portal or ask your benefits team.
