Individual & couples sessions
Most clients work with me one-on-one, meeting weekly or biweekly for 50-minute sessions. I also offer relationship-focused couples sessions for partners working through communication and connection.
Couples sessions are offered on a case-by-case basis—mention it during your free consultation and we'll confirm fit.
